Krystal Urban Cancun & Beach Club

Clean room with comfortable bed. Loved the access to the beach club. Although I had some trouble with the room key, the staff quickly resolved the issue. I had a great stay. Recommended.

The hotel is in a vibrant American area of the main Cancun strip with good access to restaurants and shops. The room is well-equipped with comfortable beds and a good bathroom. The breakfast is decent with a nice selection of food. there is a nice view of the lagoon and even the sea from some of the rooms.

Noise can be an issue for light sleepers due to music from nearby bars and lack of soundproofing.

The room we stayed in was spacious and always cleaned to perfection. We were lucky to have a fantastic view from our balcony on a high floor. The location of the hotel is very convenient, with plenty of nightclubs, shopping malls, and restaurants nearby. We were also impressed by the excellent noise isolation in the rooms, great to sleep peacefully. the affordable price we paid was definitely a bonus.

Spent Xmas at a hotel in Cancun. Loved the fine ocean views from the room and the contemporary design of the hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to bars, restaurants, nature, and shopping. The option to use the shuttle to go to the beach was a great bonus.

There were some disappointing aspects. The sound insulation between rooms was poor.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the beach and in the center of all the action. I loved being able to enjoy the beach during the day and easily access the nightclubs at night. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-size bed and a big bathroom. The staff was friendly and provided excellent room service. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The hotel's price was decent, rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Great location, close to the mall and in a charming neighborhood. Nice gym and pool, with a shuttle to sister hotel in the hotel zone. The access pass to the beach area and amenities at the sister hotel was the best part.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I recently stayed at Krystal Urban for the first time during my trip to Mexico. The hotel is located in the city center with a nice view of the channel. The staff was polite and professional, and the transfer to the other Krystal hotel in Zona Hotelera was very convenient. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely balcony with a great view. Additionally, the hotel offered a beach club access where you could enjoy the sun beds, swimming pool, and other facilities. it was a good hotel, albeit a bit pricey, but definitely worth it.

During my recent stay at Krystal Urban, I was actually surprised by the comfort of the bed. It provided a restful night's sleep, allowing me to wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day. The bathroom was also excellent, with clean and modern amenities that added a touch of luxury to my stay. these aspects of my visit at Krystal Urban made my stay enjoyable.

It was clean, had great facilities including a large pool with a swim-up bar and a nice gym. We were impressed by their shuttle service to the sister hotel resort with free access to the beach, pools, and restaurants. The hotel is located next to a huge shopping center , made it convenient for shopping and dining.

Located in a very charming neighborhood, this hotel is just a short walk to a huge mall with plenty of dining options. The clean and comfortable rooms are well-maintained, and the staff provides excellent service, ensuring that your stay is pleasant. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. The rooftop pool offers a great place to relax and take in the views. The convenient shuttle service to the beach club at zona hotelera allows you to easily explore the beautiful beaches.

One negative aspect is the occasional smell from the air conditioning system when turned on.

We loved staying at this hotel! It had the perfect location right in the center of everything. We were able to walk to many popular nightclubs that were allowed to blast music up to 4 am, which was amazing. Plus, the hotel had amazing amenities including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry. The room was spacious and had a balcony with stunning views. The in-room safe was a great feature as well.

Highly recommend this hotel for everyone.
